You can see in this page, there are 2 version so far, we have Chinese version and Malay version... The English version will be coming soon ya.

Let me brief you a simple information what is all about our MAA SmartCare Teacher Scheme. This Scheme is exclusively only for government school teachers(Primary and Secondary School only), and it is also applicable for teachers( who is under GSTT or guru ganti ). Spouse and children are also entitled under this scheme(*teacher must apply 1st then spouse or children are entitled).

This SmartCare insurance scheme is covered 36 critical illness up to RM200k, life coverage up to RM200K, personal accident coverage up to RM600K, hospitalisation allowance up to RM600 / day, and funeral expenses RM5K per person and also have savings as well.

Hospitalisation Csh Allowance Claim form

Dear Teachers,

In SmartCare Protection, this policy included hospitalisation cash allowance up to RM600 / night. It's can be claim under admission to any private hospital and any government hospital.

Document to be submitted:
1. Certified True Copy of photocpy of Discharge Note / Hospital Bill
    (Please get certified by HM or GPK's)
